A boat site in Aabenraa Båd Club A.m.b.a?The harbour is owned and managed by Aabenraa Båd Club A.m.b.a, in other words any member of the co-operative society owns a part of the harbour in terms of its share deposits.
The share deposit is the same for any size of sites, moreover a deposit is paid, depending on the size of the space between the poles of the site. The smallest site measures 275 cm from middle pole to middle pole. The next size increases by 25cm for each site from 300cm and onwards.
The share deposit and the contribution of capitol will, when the harbour is fully built, be equivalent to the investments made, so the co-operative society at the time will be debt-free.
In connection to the annual management of the harbour belongs to a yearly membership-fee plus an amount for each 25 cm boat site of disposal.
When a member wishes to sell his site, the share deposit and contribution of capitol is held back entirely in accordance of the regulations.
Members can also choose to rent their sites by contract or be a season owner.
